Approach

We pride ourselves on a thorough, transparent, step-by-step approach so that we exceed our customers expectations. Here’s what you can expect from us:

Enquiry

When we receive your enquiry, the first thing we look to do is arrange a meeting to discuss requirements, and to measure up in preparation for providing you with a quote. We often receive plans, specifications or architectural drawings, or even just a description of what you need and the time frame in which you need it. We’ll work around you. If you’d like us to prepare a design, we can provide a price to do this. We will then work out material and labour costs and provide a quotation for review. If there are any changes needed then this is a good opportunity to do so, otherwise it’s time to move on to design or manufacture.

Design

If you have asked us to design your project for you, our designers will contact you to make arrangements. This might involve a meeting so that we are absolutely sure you’re happy with everything. We use the latest software to create the most precise designs possible. Once you have accepted the proposed design, we move forward to workshop manufacture.

Workshop Manufacture

This is of course the most important element of the process, and we are extremely meticulous. Materials are always selected by hand to ensure only high-quality products are used. We use our own specialist machinery, equipment and tooling for machining components. We also provide exotic wood veneering, inlays, bespoke wood or metal marquetry and options for laminates available in a huge range of colours and textures.

The next stage is the finish. We provide a range of finishes, including stain, French polish / lacquer, wax, powder coating, gilding, dyed leathers and upholstery. The finished product then goes through two stages of quality checking before being signed off by the director and packaged ready for delivery.

On-site Installation

Our on-site installation service is in strict accordance with our Safe Systems of Work, our Health and Safety Policy and Environmental Policy. Our site supervisor will be your dedicated point of contact throughout installation. Our installers are specialist joiners, cabinet makers and carpenters with years of experience and minute attention to detail.

If you have requested on-site installation, our Quality Control checks will be thoroughly carried out by the company director throughout the installation process to ensure the high-end finish that our clients deserve, and that we pride ourselves on, is fully achieved.

Client After Care:

We offer continued support to all our clients, so you have confidence and peace of mind. We believe that good and on-going communication is crucial to providing a great service, from the enquiry stage right through to post-completion. We will provide you with repair and modification services as well as expert advice on maintenance and care.
